Everything You Need to Know About Our Drapes

At Elevation Event Services, we receive many questions by phone, email, or in person each week. Before you call or email, take a look at the questions below to see if yours is already answered here. Drape services

Is special permission from the venue needed for your drapes?

No. We hang our drapes on our pipe system so we don't affect walls or ceilings.

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

We prefer roughly three months in advance, but we can certainly try to make it work for you with less time. We just might not have the color or height choice you might be looking for.

Must I set up the drapes and take them down?

No. We work with your venue to see when we can set everything up and take it all down.

Are there additional charges for the 20-foot drapes?

Yes. The 20-foot drapes require a man-lift for us to install and take down the drapes.

Can I use more than one color?

Certainly, as long as it's a color we have in stock and not booked by another customer. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can put some options together for you.

What if the color I want is not in stock?

Although we don't have every drape color in stock, we may be able to get new merchandise. To do so, you would need to book at least six months in advance and make a non-refundable deposit before we order your preferred color. We won't charge you extra for the new color we order, but we won't be able to refund your deposit as it may be a color that we never use.

Is there a deposit for your services?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
